BambaZonke Nhasi invites everyone, from skipping pros to people who haven't picked up a rope since school, to a fun skipping session at The Highlander from 3PM on Friday 9 October. There are skipping competitions (who can skip the most in 10 minutes?), short skipping races and a chance to show off your best footwork and tricks. Ropes are available for anyone who needs one, and the first 20 participants get a free drink. More information on .
