Bhola The Supermarket hosts its Wellness Run at Borrowdale Brooke on Sunday 25 October, with race categories of 5KM, 10KM and a full 17KM. Around the course there is Zumba, aerobics, warm-up and cool-down sessions, kids' entertainment and free health check-ups. Registration is free at Bhola Brooke and Bhola Hogerty Hill, on WhatsApp on 0710385362, or on race day. The run is supported by Aquasure, Ganzim and CBZ Bank. A good pick for families, first-time runners and anyone who wants to make wellness a habit.
